The Story

Triangle Electric Co. has a history of over 100 years in the electrical contracting space, spanning heavy industrial and automotive, healthcare, warehouse, and commercial projects.

One of their biggest challenges was the multitude of communication channels being used to request materials - phone calls, faxes, notes with the driver, emails - you name it. Too often, this was causing sizable procurement mistakes where materials were missing from projects, leading to field inefficiency and cost overruns.
